Fish curry : Take 250 gram fish (cut into slices), a mediŽum onion, six flakes garlic, one big tomato (sliced), 1/4 teaŽspoon turmeric powder, 1/2 teaspoon each of gram masala and coriander powder, two green chilies (minced), two tablespoons sour curd, a handful of coriander leaves, salt and chili powder to taste. Skin brinjal while still hot and put in bowl with olive oil, lime juice and salt. Beat to a smooth mixture, would into a form of brinjal and decorate with the remaining raw vegetables.
